Your specific competitor list will be held strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other active clients.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: This is a month-to-month recurring subscription. The client must provide a 5-business-day written notice (via email) prior to the next billing cycle to cancel. If a weekly report has been delivered during the current billing month, the client acknowledges that no pro-rated refunds or chargebacks will be issued for that month's service fee.
Competitor Overlap & Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any new client whose required competitor list directly overlaps with an active client in the exact same product category (e.g., protein powder or protein powder). We prioritize the exclusivity of our existing partnerships.
Independent Contractor Acknowledgement: By engaging our services, you acknowledge that our analysts and any subcontractors are independent contractors, not employees, and are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations.
